Arshad Gellani has a career spanning over 33 years. An accomplished Information and Communication Technology expert, he has served in various mid and senior level positions in government, international development organizations and private sector. He has to his credit several projects, studies and assignments covering needs assessment, feasibilities, vision and strategy formulation, ICT policy analysis, requirements specifications, business process improvement, capacity building, project appraisals, technology evaluations, project conception & scoping, project plans & PC-Is, long-term and five-year national development plans and technical documentation. He has led several software development projects, implemented information systems and is a pioneer in indigenizing integrated energy planning modelling for Pakistan.
