Disputes Resolution Management

An arbitral award is legally binding on both sides and enforceable in the courts. Arbitration is often used for the resolution of commercial disputes, particularly in the context of international commercial transactions. In the course of the business of international trade, disputes often lead to conflicts between parties involved. These conflicts/disputes are forwarded via our liaison Office to concerned departments. In extreme cases where the matter requires specialized investigations, the complaints are referred to concerned regulatory authorities for further processing.
