Companies Registration
The companies are required to get registered with various departments depending on the nature and turnover of their organizations. SECP – Securities & Exchange Commission on Pakistan
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is a regulator established with the objective of developing a modern and efficient corporate sector, insurance, NBFCs and capital markets.

• Filing of Annual Returns (Form A/B and Form 29)
• Compilation of Annual Audited Accounts
SSI – Social Security Institutions
Social Security Institutions are autonomous bodies under the administrative control of Labour & Human Resource Department through the Provincial Employees Social Security Ordinance, 1965. Provision of health facilities to the workers and their dependents is covered under the Provincial Social Security Laws. The Provincial Employees Social Security Ordinance, 1965 requires the employers to contribute 6% of the wages of their employees (having wages upto Rs. 18,000/-).
Depending on the location of the business, the company will be required to get registered with the Social Security Institutions.
• Punjab Employees Social Security Institutions (PESSI)
• Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI)
• Balochistan Employees Social Security Institution (BESSI)
• Khyber Pakhtunkhawh Employees Social Security Institution (KPKESSI)
EOBI
Under the Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), insured employees are entitled to a pension upon retirement, invalidity in the case of disability, old-age grant and survivor’s pension. Every industry or a commercial establishment with five or more employees has to be registered with the Federal Employees Old age Benefits Institution (EOBI).
Labor Department
To safeguard the labor standards of the workers, all companies are required to be registered with the District Chief Inspector of the Labor Department in each district.
